Alan St. Louis

Alan St. Louis was an active duty member of the United States Air Force. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and served as a member of Nova Law Review. He is admitted to the Florida bar and is also a member of the American Bar Association.

Mr. St. Louis concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, corporate law, employment law, bankruptcy and foreclosure. He represents a wide variety of clients, including business corporations, real estate developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and individuals.
